Trey was relinquished to York Adopt-A-Pet on July 22, 2013, when his family said he did not get along with the other cats in their home. Poor Trey didn’t understand what he had done. Trey was a loner but caused no problems in the shelter. The cats at York Adopt-A-Pet are not kept in kennels unless they are being treated for an illness. Our main cat adoption room is like living in a home with furniture to lie on, toys galore, fresh food and water twice a day and lots of love from our dedicated volunteers. Trey waited and waited and then on Feb. 20, 2016, his day finally arrived. Trey had his own home!
