Neptune is a senior dog rescued from New York City Animal Care and Control. Upon examination, it was noted that Neptune had severe dental disease. He underwent full mouth extractions, which is costly. Neptune is now doing great and thriving in a foster home! He is a 14-year-old, 5.5-lb.
