To keep our dogs happy and entertained while available for adoption, and each shepherd puppy went home with one.

To keep our dogs happy and entertained while available for adoption. Each shepherd puppy went home with one, and two bigger dogs who were in boarding were each given a Kong to play with. We feel it helped them not get into trouble!

How many pets did this grant help?

Many of our dogs use them each weekend, and 15 more Kongs went home with puppies.

We had six shepherd puppies plus their mom and a 90-lb. Anatolian shepherd in boarding and a young pit in boarding. All were given Kong toys to play with. We know it helped them to be happy.
