We help homeless pets by providing grants to Petfinder member shelters and rescue groups. Our work also extends into ensuring animal welfare in the face and wake of disaster. Your donation of any amount will help dogs, cats and other animals across North America.
Since 2003, the Petfinder Foundation has provided over $15 million worth of grants to Petfinder member shelters and rescue groups to help homeless pets!
Your donation in 2010 helped...
- Vaccinate 117,485 dogs against Bordetalla.
- Vaccinate 82,944 cats against Feline Immunodeficiency Virus.
- Spay/Neuter 2,450 pets
- Provide 277,777 cats access to a Hide, Perch & Go Box.
- Aid 1,000’s of Animal Welfare Organizations in times of disaster or stress.

You can help choose which eligible Petfinder animal rescue organization will receive special funds in the $300,000 Shelter Challenge, a partnership between The Animal Rescue Site and the Petfinder Foundation.
