The Animal Rescue Site
The Animal Rescue Site funds food for shelter and sanctuary animals by donating a portion of all sales of pet supplies, clothes, gifts, home and garden items and other products sold through their online store. The site is part of the family of GreaterGood Network Stores dedicated to funding important charities and causes.
Building Community Immunity Grant
Merck Animal Health the makers of Nobivac® Canine Flu H3N8 vaccine, have partnered with The Petfinder.com Foundation to protect homeless dogs against canine influenza, a highly contagious disease. The "Building Community Immunity Grant" provides Petfinder.com member shelters and rescue groups with up to a 4-month, 2-dose supply of canine influenza vaccine for all dogs in their care. This partnership with Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health will help us to meet our goal of reducing the number of homeless dogs euthanized because of illness. Learn More
